All Chrome Threads items are made to order, so please allow a short production time before your order ships.
Production time
Most items are printed and prepared within 2–7 business days before they ship. During high-demand periods (like holidays or new drop launches), production may take slightly longer — we'll always do our best to get your order moving as quickly as possible.
Shipping time
- United States: standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after production.
- Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and most other countries: international delivery typically takes 7–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs processing.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Total estimated delivery time
From order to delivery, most US customers can expect their items within 5–14 business days total. International customers should expect 10–27 business days total, depending on destination.
Customs and import fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
